Launch Office builds website chat helpers that answer general office questions for schools, using information the school gives us.
What the chat helper does not do. It does not connect to student records and is not meant to collect student names, grades, health details or other private information. Families are asked not to share such details in the chat.
Messages. Questions typed into a chat may be processed by an AI service to produce an answer. We use them only to run and improve the service for that school.
Text messages. If a school adds a text number, we will add a text-message policy here covering opt-in and opt-out (reply STOP) before it goes live.
